UFOs on Demand!

Wouldn’t it be awesome if you could summon UFOs?  Not those big honking world destroyer types, just cute little Close Encounters types of UFOs.  I think that’d get real old real quick, but here’s a guy who says he can, and some local news station got it on tape.
