Nowadays almost everyone has a smart phone, and for good reason. From our phone, we can keep in touch, we can check our emails, we can do our internet banking, and now we can even use apps to track our health, make us more productive and increase our happiness levels – how amazing.
You can basically track everything on your smart phone, it’s easier than ever before to monitor your health stats and to keep yourself in check. Personally, I love seeing my heart rate when I’m working out at the gym so I can see if I’m really challenging myself. For fitness as well, I check my daily steps every day to ensure that I’m walking at least 10,000 steps per day. Working from home means that I can easily spend the entire day at home, so I find using my apps for tracking even more important than when I worked a traditional job.
