3 Ways to Boost Your Health in 2020

With the new year around the corner, focusing on ways to improve your health and beauty will be at the forefront of most people’s minds. I actually like to start thinking about my new year’s goals well before the new year swings around, so that I have time to really decide what’s going to be my main thing to focus on. For most of us, our health is a big area of our lives where we need to dedicate time and energy. If you’re thinking of boosting your health in 2020, keep reading to learn my top tips!

1. You Are What You Eat
Our modern diets can very easily be lacking in nutrition – it’s so easy to reply on fast food, or carbohydrate heavy meals which are lacking in real nutrients and vitamins. There are basic ways you can get more nutrition into your diet without a complete overhaul: eat more salads and vegetables, including some at every meal. Some people find it helpful to incorporate smoothies into their day to get a quick hit of nutrition, adding in things like Iron Berry to make them as nutritious as possible. Small changes in what you eat will have huge implications for your energy levels, skin quality and overall health.

2. Exercise Makes You Feel and Look Good

It can be hard to find the time for exercise in your already busy schedule, but it’s one of those things that actually somehow buys you more time and energy. 3. Self Care
The type of self care you do will depend on what makes you feel really good. I’m someone who doesn’t quite feel right unless I’ve done my hair nicely and slapped on some mascara. Everyone’s threshold will be different. It might be a case of needing to have your sideburns perfectly trimmed in order to feel put together. Whatever you need, the important thing is to honour that and spend a little time each week making yourself feel good.
