Many people fear the dentist, and I’m not really sure why. I think it’s one of those situations where the longer you leave it between visits, the more likely you are to have a problem and the more you’re going to have to spend. I suggest visiting the dentist at least every six months, and while you’re there it’s important to get a professional cleaning. No matter how hard you brush your teeth at home, nothing you will do can compare to a professional clean in the dentist. 3. Floss
This is something you’ve probably heard you need to do, but do you actually do it? Flossing is really important as brushing your teeth only really cleans the front, back and tops of your teeth. There’s so much surface area that is spread out between your teeth and flossing is really the only way to get this part clean. I personally find traditional floss a lot of work, so I’ve started using a waterpik. 4. Don’t Just Think About You
